     David Mace (Moriah-3) moves the Essex County Democratic Committee establish a standing GOTV committee with voluntary membership that shall elect its chair at its first meeting and is initially charged to investigate the selection of a database system to maintain voter contact information, with special consideration to be given to the feasability of adopting the State Committee's Vote Builder system. It shall report its recommendations with request for funding back to the full committee not later than the first meeting of the next year (January 28th, 2010).
